I always use vetted source material to support my work, whether that’s peer reviewed journal articles, interviews, or my own firsthand accounts. Google prefers this as it tries to cut down on content mill pieces and AI generated content.

On this note, I do not use AI for writing. All my articles are original. I do not believe using a machine in a human-centric field that seeks profound communion with the soul offers any benefits.
